Kylie Miniefield joined the Arizona Cardinals in February 2020 in their Community Relations department where she oversees heritage month activations, youth educational programs, key league initiatives such as Crucial Catch, the Arizona Cardinals Women’s Club, and all girls-related programming. Kylie executes player-led initiatives, staff volunteer opportunities, and various inaugural programs such as: Arizona Cardinals Conversations, Community Spotlight, the sanctioning of girls flag football in the state of Arizona, and more.

A native of Arizona, Kylie attended Arizona State University as a soccer student-athlete where she served as captain of the ASU Women’s Soccer Team, four-time All-Pac 12 Academic Team, and two-time Arthur Ashe Jr. Awardee. Kylie graduated in the top 15% of her class with two degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Business Sports and Media and Masters of Sports Law and Business.

Kylie interned with Positive Coaching Alliance Arizona while she worked towards her Master’s degree. Due to her previous experience, Kylie can attest to the personal and professional opportunities created through athletics which fuels her passion to work in sports and provide others the same opportunity.

Kylie Miniefield is also the daughter of Kevin Miniefield who played five (5) seasons in the NFL for the Chicago Bears, Arizona Cardinals, and Detroit Lions. Kevin, also an Arizona native, played football at ASU and was inducted into the Phoenix Union HighSchool Hall of Fame.

Kylie currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona and also serves on the McKinsey Connected Leaders Academy and UMOM New Day Centers YPC Board.
