Shannon Small

Shannon brings to PCA over 15 years of experience in leadership coaching and team effectiveness. She is an Executive Leadership Coach who partners with organizational leaders and teams globally to help them get the results they desire. Her previous work experience includes operations management and management consulting in both strategy and human capital.

Shannon played field hockey at Northwestern University where she had the opportunity to contribute to a Big 10 Championship team, Top 5 National Ranking and earn both athletic and academic All-American honors. She is passionate about sharing the lessons she gained through sports with the next generation—she has been a youth soccer referee, high school coach, volunteer college coach (while in grad school earning her MBA at Yale University) and is a crazy sports aunt (with two teenaged nieces who are passionate about rugby). Shannon currently resides in Austin with her husband and their Great Pyrenees, Grady.
