Ryan joined PCA-Cleveland as Partnership Manager in 2018. As Partnership Manager, Ryan is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, developing and closing partnership opportunities in the Cleveland area. He will also work with the Cleveland Board and Associates Board to develop, implement and evaluate the sales strategy for the various programs. In 2018, Ryan has been performing the dual role of Partnership Manager while also maintaining a strong board presence. He’s also managed multiple events for the Chapter. In 2019, he was promoted to Partnership and Development Manager.

Prior to joining PCA-Cleveland as the Partnership Manager, Ryan served as the Manager of Affiliate Associations for the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA). While at NACDA, he was responsible for the day to day management of the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA), the International Collegiate Licensing Association (ICLA), the National Association of Athletics Ticketing Sales and Operations (NAATSO), and the NAIA Athletics Directors Associations (NAIA-ADA). Prior to NACDA, Ryan managed the Team Challenge half marathon training program for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. He also worked two seasons as the Event Marketing and Promotions Coordinator with the University of Calgary athletics department. Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Niagara University.

Ryan is a former collegiate athlete and a collegiate and youth coach. A native of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, he was a standout athlete at South Carleton High School (baseball and volleyball), and went on to play baseball at Niagara University. Since graduating college, Ryan has dedicated his career to providing positive experiences to young athletes.

In an effort to provide networking opportunities for individuals who work in sports in the City of Cleveland, Ryan founded the Cleveland Sports Professionals group. He also serves as the co-President of the Niagara University Cleveland Alumni Chapter and continues to serve as a mentor for Niagara’s College of Hospitality and Tourism. A father of two boys, Ryan and his wife, Katie, reside in Avon, OH.
