Jack Graham

Current US Senate Candidate

Chapter Board - Colorado

Jack – the 2014 recipient of PCA-Colorado’s Triple-Impact Professional award, recognizing his extraordinary example of using life lessons gained through sports to propel himself professionally – has always been tremendously supportive of our Chapter.

The former Colorado State University quarterback, who also eventually served as the school’s athletic director, in between enjoyed a stellar business career fueled by life lessons he learned through sports. His 30-plus years in the international insurance and reinsurance markets included the 1998 founding of ICAT Managers, a leader in catastrophic risk insurance products. He sold ICAT, including its Lloyd's of London business, in 2010.

Prior to ICAT, Jack spent 21 years with E. W. Blanch Co. (now Benfield Group) as a reinsurance intermediary. At E. W. Blanch Co., he was an Executive Vice President with responsibility for the Western Region of the US. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of E. W. Blanch Co.; Paragon Reinsurance Risk Management Services, Inc.; and Blanch Capital Risk Solutions, Inc. Jack co-founded E. W. Blanch Co.'s San Francisco office, leading it to become the largest treaty reinsurance intermediary on the West Coast, placing in excess of $1 billion of reinsurance premium into the marketplace.
