Kelly Kratz

Kelly has been with PCA since 2009 and the National Lead Trainer for the Positive Coaching Alliance since 2014.   Kelly brings a wealth of experience to PCA as a former high school three-sport athlete in field Hockey, basketball & lacrosse and a D-I  field Hockey, track and field & lacrosse player at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. 

She has 30 years of coaching experience starting with high school basketball and lacrosse, D-II college basketball, youth soccer, and lacrosse.  Kelly was a third-grade teacher before joining PCA and has a master's degree in Guidance and Counseling.   She has facilitated over 350 PCA workshops for youth and professional organizations.  Notably, the USA Gymnastics National Team Coaches,  the LA Galaxy, Utah Jazz, Philadelphia Eagles, and companies like Google, Deloitte, Steptoe & Johnson, and Insperity. 

She has also spoken at many national conventions including the United Soccer Coaches, USA Lacrosse, USA Rowing, Little League International, and many State Athletic Director conferences. Kelly still is very active in sports and is currently the assistant lacrosse coach at Owen J. Roberts High School.  She also enjoys skiing, volleyball, biking, running, yoga, and spending quality outdoor family time with her husband and 4 children in northern Chester County Pennsylvania.
