Jeremy Osterholm

President, Ostercraft Homes

Jeremy Osterholm is a second-generation homebuilder and President of Ostercraft Homes. He went to work for the family business while attending Portland State University in 1994. During his home building career he has developed properties from SW Washington to Southern California, built countless new homes, apartments, and condos, started a family, and possibly developed a third generation of homebuilders.

Jeremy is an active member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Portland. He was elected to the Board of Directors for the HBA in December of 2016 for a three-year term. Additionally he has been recognized many times as one of the top homebuilders in the Portland Metro Area, winning awards for home of the year in multiple categories from the smallest of projects to the largest.

Jeremy and his wife Jennifer were married in 1999 and have two young, and athletic girls that keep them busy. They enjoy more than anything watching them grow up while playing soccer, volleyball, basketball, and coaching them together in softball.   He first heard of the Positive Coaching Alliance in 2015 and getting more involved has changed his perspective on youth sports not only as a coach but also as a spectator and parent.
