“From the time I was in sixth grade until now, I have gone to a weight, speed, mobility, and agility trainer to improve my game through fitness. This was especially important during the year I was recovering from my ACL, Meniscus, and MCL injury. During that time, I still helped on my high school team by giving coaching tips to the girls playing the position I play. Even though I couldn’t play most of the season, I still went out to support the team, trying to help them grow as players, and improve my mental fitness.” -Madison
