PCA-Colorado launched its Leadership Council at the October 18th event with former Denver Bronco Jake Plummer. The platform is designed to enable business leaders to join the PCA Movement and help us change the culture of youth sports.
The following individuals have officially joined Leadership Council and we are grateful to have them on our growing team:
Eric Aafedt (ret.) is a former lawyer and entrepreneur. After graduating law school he worked for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, DC and followed this part of his nearly 2 decade legal career as Senior Counsel to 2 Fortune 100 companies. Eric then founded, and was president, of Online Investment Services, which was immediately recognized by the Houston Business Journal as the city's 3rd fastest growing company over a 3 year period. Formerly, a founding member of the PCA-Colorado Board, we’re happy to announce Eric’s return to join the Leadership Council. Eric coached his three kids in youth baseball and basketball for more than 15 years.
Craig Merten is Vice President for Property Casualty and a Shareholder in Holmes Murphy & Associates. Prior to this role, Craig was a the Colorado Construction Practice Leader for Willis of Colorado for nearly 25 years. Craig played football at Colorado State University, and was a dedicated youth sports coach for over 12 years.
Traci Lounsbury is CEO and Owner of ELEMENTS, a company of inspired place makers who enhance the built environment with a focus on brand and culture. Also one of the largest women-owned businesses in the state, ELEMENTS is on a mission to transform the interior built environment through products, technology, construction and design. Traci was a two-sport athlete at Colorado State University, basketball and softball, and credits sports with giving her the qualities that have led to her career as an entrepreneur, teammate and leader.
